As a new student of yoga, I want to document my daily yoga practices, experiences and life changes through Yoga. I want to be able to post daily pictures of my yoga practices once I have grown more into it. I will also post pictures of my healthy food choices. I started doing Yoga in April 2013 to find my balance in and out. As a girl who has been living with PCOS, I find Yoga as the perfect tool to manage the symptoms and live a healthier lifestyle. I want to connect with others doing the practice and continue to be motivated in taking this journey to a healthy lifestyle.

1st Bendy session tonight. Going to take it slow.
Learning to let go of things and people….it is not easy….life has to go on, I need to move on. I need to focus on the good side of life. I am blessed, I am loved, I am enough.
A day after the ripped workout of Jillian Michaels, my legs are sore, my arms hurt a bit, I see myself moving like an old lady, walking is bearable but sitting makes me cringe a little. When I got home from work, whilw climbing up the stairs to my house, I kept thinking how people can do this 5-6 days a week when my body is already sore from 1 day alone. I thought I would not show up for the work out but I did! I had a warm shower to prepare the muscles, put on my shoes, my work out clothes then had some water nearby and surprisingly I was doing it. Seemed easier and faster today than yesterday. Tomorrow, we’ll see what it did to me. :)
